RULES OF PLAY - MAP 2010
1. Umpire In Chief: USLBA - Conrad Melton
2. Tournament Director: Sam De Lisle
3. Format: Tournament will be a round robin in Pairs and Singles
4. Singles: Blind Draw by country to determine players for Groups A and B.
5. Singles: Will be 15 shots, four games per day.
6. Singles Championships: Two top teams of group A and B will play off.
7. Pairs: Will be 10 ends, four games per day.
8. Pairs Championships: Winner of Section A & B play off 3rd & 4th Qualifiers.
9. Points: 2 points for a win, 1 point for a tie, plus points will be recorded to determine the teams who will advance to the Championship rounds.
10. Trial Ends: Four bowls each direction before first game of each day.
11. Official Scoring: Both skips must sign and turn cards in after each game.
12. Dress Code: White or matching team uniforms, shorts are allowed.
13. Time Limit: No time limits. However, if any game is proceeding too slowly, we will impose a time constraint to keep up with other games.
14. Smoking: Only allowed in designated area outside of club's fence line.
